Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

All domestic and international orders are shipped with certified shipping options (DHL, UPS, GLS), insured and traceable. 

Anna Arroyo jewellery is handmade to order unless otherwise stated at the product description. Orders may take up 3-6 weeks for delivery. Orders placed over the weekend or bank holidays will not be processed until the following Monday or business day.

Shipping times are estimated and we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by third parties, bad weather conditions or events outside of our control.

Shipping costs might vary from time to time due to temporary discounts or location (Berlin/Barcelona). If you do not find your country listed at the checkout process, please send an email to hello@annaarroyo.com.

 

VAT 

Prices do not include taxes due to the small business regulation according to §19 USTG.

For deliveries to countries outside the EU, additional fees (tax, customs, import duties) may be levied by the local governing authorities. These further costs shall be borne by the customer. In order to calculate expected fees ahead of purchasing, use this calculator with 7113111 general code for our jewellery.

Items will be shipped from Berlin, Germany or Barcelona, Spain. 

 

 

RETURNS 

Made To Order:

All our pieces are handmade to order and final sales. Please consider this when placing your order, as these pieces have been customised for you and may not be returned or exchanged.

Prior to your purchase, if you are unsure of your ring size or need additional information, please reach out hello@annaarroyo.com and we will be happy to assist you.

Products bought during SALE campaigns are also made-to-order and final sales, unless otherwise stated at the product description.

Ready-to-Ship or Stock Products:

From time to time there might be ready-to-ship or stock pieces available. We hope you love your new purchase, however we do understand that on occasion you might want to return something to us for a refund or exchange. 

You can return your stock item to us within 14 days of dispatch so long as the item has been unworn and returned in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please get in touch with hello@annaarroyo.com with your order number. Shipping fees cannot be refunded. Once received it back at our studio, we will confirm if the item meets our quality standards. We aim to process returns within 5 working days of receipt, however during busy periods it may take us a little longer.

Please note that shipping costs shall be borne by the customer and we advise you to use a tracked service. We are not responsible for any lost packages during the return process.
