Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped with DHL using insured and traceable shipping. 

Anna Arroyo jewellery is handmade to order unless stock is on hand. Orders may take up to 3 weeks for delivery. Orders placed over the weekend or bank holidays will not be processed until the following Monday or business day.

 

Shipping Costs

GERMANY

• DHL Standard - 5 €

EU COUNTRIES

• DHL Standard – 15 €

US & CANADA

• DHL Standard -  35 €

 

Shipping costs might vary from time to time due to temporary discounts.

 

VAT 

Prices do not include taxes due to the small business regulation according to §19 USTG.

For deliveries to countries outside the EU, additional fees (tax, customs, import duties) may be levied by the local governing authorities. These further costs shall be borne by the customer.

Items will be shipped from Berlin, Germany with official documentation declaring the exact total of all merchandise purchased in EU euros, as well as the country of origin for each item.

How to return your order to Anna Arroyo

We hope you love your new purchase, however we do understand that on occasion you might want to return something to us for a refund or exchange. You can return your item to us within 14 days of dispatch so long as our returns policy right of withdrawal has been followed:

When making a return to us, it is important that we are able to identify your parcel upon receipt. Therefore we have a downloadable returns form on this page. Please print this form and complete all sections, then pop it into your parcel when you send something back to us. All returns are handled in accordance with our returns policy.
